The English Department is delighted to announce the remarkable achievements of our students in the Hong Kong Budding Poets (English) Award (HKBPA) 2023/24, co-organised by The Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education and the Education Bureau of Hong Kong. Our students’ exceptional talents in poetry have been recognized and they are awarded with Honourable Mention and Bronze Award. The awardees are as follows:

– Lam Long (2D) – Honourable Mention
– Ho Yi Yeung (3D) – Honourable Mention
– Leung Hoi Kiu (4A) – Honourable Mention
– Xuan Ming Long Lennox (4B) – Honourable Mention
– Fung Ching Tsz (6B) – Honourable Mention
– Tang Kit Tung (5B) – Bronze

Among the six, Tang Kit Tung (5B) has also been bestowed with the Poet of the School.

Their remarkable poems stood out among over 600 submissions from more than 30 elite primary schools in Hong Kong. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all participants for their dedicated efforts and support throughout the competition.
